A little bit about us: The Village Café and Bistro concept was developed with Canton in mind. My family has lived in town for 25 years and seen eateries come and go. It wasn’t until Mothers Day 2007 that my father and I decided to make a move and build this concept. Starting with this perfect location in Canton Village we began to build our concept. We have a local coffee concept from Glastonbury, CT that is three days fresh when we brew it. . Also we offer a variety other fresh and local items such as produce, eggs and maple syrup. Our goal was to keep the Town of Canton our focal point. We want to build relationships with local vendors whenever possible and we feel that our customers will appreciate this. We offer a delicious breakfast and lunch menu. In addition we have added our Bistro Dinner concept.
